Smart ATM

The Smart ATM experience is the result of GFT’s collaboration with BBVA to improve the ATM user experience for the blind, physically disabled and people with learning difficulties.

The application can geolocate the nearest ATM, find the best routes for users and help them withdraw cash. It features tools such as a hands-free mouse, voice commands, visual click assistance, on-screen keyboard, text-to-speech and an easy-to-use interface.

Based on this experience, BBVA and GFT launched the enhanced BBVA for All application currently in operation.
